The FPX-C38AT is an extension of the FPX Family of Programmable Logic Controllers from Panasonic. The key feature of this controller is the addition of analogue I/O within the main “Shoebox” CPU body.
The I/O combination is 24 Digital Inputs (24VDC), 14 NPN Transistor Outputs, 4 independently configurable Analogue Inputs and 2 independently configurable Analogue Outputs.
It also has the same cassette expansion feature as other FPX models, therefore allowing a potential analogue count of up to 8 AI and 4 AO all on the main CPU module. Additional expansion options are available in line with the rest of the FPX range of PLC’s.
The unit is currently available with 240VAC supply, making it more suited to small machine and process control applications.
