In the compensated temperature range from 0...50 °C, this microprocessor-controlled instrument records two measured values per second with typical overall accuracy of 0,1 %FS. The dual digital display updates twice every second, showing the measured value and the minimum or maximum value attained.
In addition to five different measurement units, the use two-key operating system provides access to the entire range of functions: the stored MAX/MIN can be erased and reset to zero, or the device can be switched to continuous mode.
In continuous operating mode, the battery has capacity for up to 1400 hours. The LEO2 has a standard automatic switch-off time of about 15 minutes after the last key was pressed.
As an added feature, LEO 2 also offers a Zero Tare feature that allows the user to set the zero at any pressure, so the manometer will then always show deviations from the Zero Tare Value as the actual value.
Developed and designed in line with practical requirements, this manometer is available for delivery with four measurement ranges of -1…3 bar to 0…700 bar. The standard design offers IP65 as the housing protection class.
The optional protective cover enables the LEO 2 to operate outdoors in all weather conditions. This instrument is also available in an Exia ATEX approved version compliant with 94/9/EC (ATEX 100a).
