The Kinax HW730 hollow shaft, programmable angular position transducers from Power Parameters feature high vibration and shock resistance. DC powered from 12 to 30 volts DC, the output of the transducers is a 4 to 20 milliamp signal; with current directly proportional to input angle, independent of connected load.
The mechanism for angle measurement is capacitive, utilising an accurately dimensioned rotatable vane from 0 to 360 degrees in clockwise or anticlockwise mode with a low starting torque of only 0.7 Nm max.
The Kinax transducers are housed in IP67 enclosures and are suitable for challenging environments in accordance with IEC 60068-2-6, and 2-27.
